Announcment: Newly appointed Kickapoo District Judges takes oath.

On October 12th, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. inside the Kickapoo Tribal Courtroom Honorable Judge Bigler swears in newly appointed Kickapoo District Judge Montie Deer. Several Kickapoo Tribal Members were on had to witness the event. Kickapoo Tribal Elder George White Water gave a prayer to conclude the event. A short reception followed there after.  At 1:30 p.m. the Honorable Judge Deer procided during the regulary scheduled court hearing
