The Human Resource Department will serve as administrative strategic partner with our employees, and individuals seeking employment opportunities with the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas. We will provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equable administration of policies and procedures, thus fostering a positive work environment.
The mission of Human Resources is to support our right to practice Indian Preference, while maintaining confidentiality and our promise of fair treatment, accountability while promoting and supporting recruiting strategies, as well as collaborating with departments to create a high performing, diverse workforce.
The Human Resources Department is a resource for the Kickapoo Reservation Community and is recognized as a dynamic team of knowledgeable professionals who impact and promote equity and fair human relations throughout the tribal organization. We will seek and provide solutions to workplace issues that support and optimize the operating principles of the Kickapoo Tribe.
