Kickapoo Minors Assistance Forms

The Kickapoo Tribal Council took action to give assistance to adults and minor children for Hardships cause by the COVID-19 Pandemic. These forms are for Enrolled Kansas Kickapoo Children 0-17 years of age.  Please read the forms thoroughly and submit them as requested.  These funds are assistance through the ARPA.
